Compensation Toolkit for HR Professionals

Services

  • Consults with colleges, schools, and divisions on titling and administration of compensation such as pay plan, rate and title change requests, living wage, and central funds
  • Reviews and approves personnel transactions (e.g., vacancies, pay rate and job title changes, promotions/reclassifications)
  • Provides title and compensation guidance
  • Advises HR units on HR laws, policies, and procedures
