The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project Launches Title and Standard Job Description Library
The Title & Standard Job Description (SJD) Library features new market-matched job titles and descriptions for campus. The Library will continue to evolve as changes are made based on campus feedback and updated market information. The Library and other resources are available on the TTC Project website.
The Title & SJD Library will include the job titles, job groups, job sub-groups, job summaries, essential responsibilities, and education. Please note the Library will not be a database that shows individual employees mapped to specific jobs. The Library is meant as a reference tool for employees, managers, and HR staff to use during employee conversations.
