How will compliance training be assigned in Workday?
If an employee had an active enrollment or completion on or before the 6/14/2025 cutover date, the enrollment or completion will be migrated to their learning transcript in Workday. Workday will automatically reassign compliance training to employees based on the schedule below.
Completion requirements vary based on the training. If you do not see a specific training referenced below, contact the HR department in your School/College/Division.

*Please contact the Office of Compliance for guidance with assigning this course.
Example: If an employee last completed Responsible Employee training on September 1, 2024, Workday will calculate the next due date for them as September 1, 2025. The employee will be notified to complete the training 30 days ahead of that new due date.
