Job Rotation Program managers work with rotation employees and hiring managers to find potential opportunities. Although we facilitate conversations, it is up to each individual rotation employee and hiring unit to determine their mutual interest in a permanent role on campus.
Employees are eligible to be waived into a permanent role in their career track at any campus unit following program completion. The waiver reason eliminates recruitment time and costs
