Join us for the second annual HR@UW–Madison Conference!
Monday, December 4th at Union South from 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM
The theme of this year’s conference is partnership. We’ll begin with a panel of experts in human resources and/or diversity work, who will reflect on the relationship between inclusion and diversity and our ability to function in true partnership with each other and the people we serve.
The remainder of the day, you’ll have an opportunity to choose breakout sessions facilitated by thought leaders within and outside of UW–Madison. Topics will include:
- HR Knowledge Sessions such as policy, rule-making, recruitment, workforce relations, and retirement planning
- HR Competency-Related Sessions</strong such as inclusive customer service, change management, conflict resolution, rethinking disability, negotiation skills, plain language, and productivity tools
- Leadership and wellness topics
