The Talent Recruitment and Engagement (TRE) team within OHR has updated the Diversity Connect and Advertising resource found on the Recruitment Toolkit.
This resource supports efforts in building diverse talent pools and ensures affirmative action compliance.
TRE has created an infrastructure to help you connect with diverse groups at a national and local level.
On the updated Diversity Connect and Advertising page, you can find important information such as:
- An updated list of publications all jobs listed on jobs.wisc.edu are posted to, free of charge.
- A list of Local Partners and Community Organizations TRE has partnered with to share your jobs with via a weekly newsletter.
- Additional advertising options and job boards that have a local, national, international, higher-ed, and diversity focus.
