EID Committees

These units currently participate in the VCFA EID initiative. Most of these units participate in the VCFA-wide biennial EID survey and have created their own divisional EID programs and initiatives.

Committed Units

Administrative Information Management Services (AIMS)

The AIMS EID Committee is made up of 8–10 AIMS employees.

Business Services

The Business Services EID committee is made up of approximately 10–12 members.

Conference Centers & Mail Services (CCMS)

CCMS joined the VCFA in July 2018 and participated in their first EID survey in Spring 2019. The CCMS EID committee will be established by Fall 2019.

Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M)

The FP&M EID committee is made up of approximately 15–20 members, with representatives from each FP&M department.

Madison Budget Office

Office of Human Resources (OHR)

The OHR EID committee is made up of about 10–12 members, with representatives from all OHR units.

Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (VCFA)

The Office of the VCFA EID committee is comprised of 5–6 members, with at least one representative from AOA, the Madison Budget Office, the Secretary of the University Staff, and the VCFA staff. The Office of the VCFA EID committee is currently working on several  initiatives.

University Housing

The University Housing leadership team also serves as the division’s EID committee and is made up of 8 committee members.

University Police Department (UWPD)

The UWPD’s Employee Advisory Committee also serves as the departments EID committee and is made up of 10 committee members.

University Recreation and Wellbeing (RecWell)

The University Recreation and Wellbeing EID committee is made up of 8–10 members, with representatives from all Recreation and Wellbeing units.
