  • Job Summary:
    Assists with international program strategic planning. Develops and improves programs, policies, and procedures; and directs related administrative activities to ensure quality delivery of academic programs to students abroad.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Assists in the development and implementation of new international program initiatives
    • Identifies opportunities for study abroad program improvement and incorporates improvement recommendations into the international academic programs
    • Assists in the development of policies and procedures to meet international program objectives
    • Assists in the development of strategic planning initiatives and international program objectives
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
