Job Summary:
Works with leadership to manage an information technology (IT) portfolio of services, programs, and projects that support the institution's information technology strategic plan and goals. Leads resource management and portfolio prioritization, engages in risk identification, analysis and mitigation, monitors portfolio budgets, and establishes reporting requirements and metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs and leads the development, metrics, and quality of IT Portfolios, such as the Project Portfolio, Infrastructure Portfolio, Application Portfolio, and Service Portfolio that collectively make up the division's IT Portfolio, and support the IT strategic plan and goals
- Engages, and conducts reviews with senior executives, stakeholders, steering committees, and governance bodies to validate and assess the division IT portfolio, executes change, and re-prioritizes to meet business, information technology, and compliance needs
- Oversees issue and risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across the division portfolio to define actionable plans that are implemented, and to ensure clear stakeholder communication
- Assists division leadership in the development of multi-year technology initiatives, service roadmaps, short and long range IT strategic planning, and capacity and resource management strategies to support planned initiatives
