Job Summary:
Contributes to strategic planning and provides subject matter expertise regarding the design, integration, delivery, and provides innovative and strategically significant consultation, project management, and operational support of applications or services, development operations (DevOps), affecting multiple disciplines or work units. Anticipates issues, devises resolution methodology, and provides long term and non-routine assistance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together and business needs are met. Serves as a subject matter expert, internal and external point of contact, and provides guidance to leadership on technology strategies and critical technology issues.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to strategic planning and provides guidance and expertise on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on processes and goals
- Analyzes requirements and communicates and coordinates with staff and stakeholders related to the system and/or project
- Leads the development and programming of automation workflows for deployment, configuration, and/or monitoring of systems/services
- Researches, designs, manages, and maintains automation tools including security configurations
- Leads and performs integration, migration, configuration, and security of existing applications and services into automated infrastructures
- Serves as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders and leadership, and provides guidance and training to staff
