Job Summary:
Works with unit leadership to manage an information technology (IT) portfolio of services, programs, and projects that support the services of the unit and the IT strategic plan and goals. Coordinates resource management and portfolio prioritization, engages in risk identification, analysis and mitigation, monitors the portfolio budget, and manages portfolio status reporting and metrics.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors and drives portfolio performance, generating reports to highlight status, risks, issues, benefits, and dependencies to support decision-making, increased transparency, process improvement, and budget/operational planning
- Supports leadership with long-range planning and the development of multi-year information technology initiatives and service roadmaps
- Establishes key performance indicators and metrics, and develops reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Performs routine financial and performance analysis of the portfolio, and works with leadership to reward and adjust the portfolio accordingly
