Job Summary:
Assists in development of policy and procedures, oversight of day to day operations, budget and scholarship coordination, and staff supervision for a pre-college program in support of preparing individuals to be successful in their higher education endeavors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures for the student financial aid program to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and pre-college program unit objectives
- Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of pre-college initiatives or programs
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Monitors pre-college program budget and approved expenditures
