Job Summary:
Shares in the overall leadership of the property-based venture which has master-planned property and buildings designed primarily for private/public research and development facilities, high technology, and science-based companies and support services. Promotes the institution's research and development through partnerships that support the unit's mission and acts on behalf of the Chief Campus Research Park Administrator, leading and representing the organization in the absence of the Chief or as requested.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Chief Administrator with directing, implementing, and monitoring strategic planning initiatives to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources
- Oversees negotiation of leases, construction of tenant improvements, and ongoing maintenance and management of property
- Serves as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders to maintain strategic business relationships that foster development objectives and communication strategies
- Serves as a point of contact and unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing organizational information and representing the interests of the unit
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
