  • Job Summary:
    Directs strategic planning efforts, recruits and develops faculty and staff, and prepares the budget for international academic programs to ensure quality delivery of academic programs to students abroad.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Directs strategic planning initiatives and establishes program objectives to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources, and alignment with the strategic plan
    • Develops international program operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and program objectives
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
    • Develops the program budget with the Division of International Studies
    • Advises institutional leadership on international academic programs
