Job Summary:
Directs strategy and execution of programs and procedures involved in the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of students seeking entrance to the assigned unit in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs unit admissions strategic planning initiatives and establishes recruitment and enrollment goals
- Develops unit admissions operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
- Develops the unit admissions budget
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Serves as the school or college liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing admission information and representing the admissions interests of the school or college
- Advises school or college leadership on unit enrollment planning and management
- Serves as liaison to central university admission unit to align academic program admission with university enrollment efforts
