Job Summary:
Directs enrollment management strategic planning and evaluation, resource allocation, and personnel management in support of establishing and attaining institutional enrollment goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs enrollment management strategic planning initiatives and establishes divisional objectives to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources, and alignment with the strategic plan
- Facilitates divisional and cross-unit enrollment planning and enrollment issue resolution
- Serves as the subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholder groups regarding enrollment management operations and functions
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Evaluates enrollment management strategy effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement at the division and unit levels
