Job Summary:
Plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process for international academic programs in alignment with the institution's strategic goals of increasing the volume of students in international academic programs and simplifying the admissions process

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops international recruitment-focused strategic planning initiatives and objectives
- Implements policies and procedures for the processing of international applications in alignment with the international recruitment strategic plan
- Receives, evaluates, and processes student applications according to established policies and procedures
- Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on international student outreach, recruitment, and admission
- Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals
- Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the institution
- Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement
