Job Summary:
Directs programming and support for residents living in assigned campus housing units, responds to non-routine emergency situations, and/or supervises staff in support of creating an inclusive and safe living community.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident housing operating policies, procedures, and programs to promote an inclusive community
- Assists in the development and implementation of strategic unit initiatives or student programs
- Triages and responds to emergency situations according to established policies and procedures in partnership with emergency personnel and law enforcement if necessary
- May supervise the day-to-day activities of unit staff and resolves routine and non-routine personnel issues
- May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees
- Assists with implementation of university procedures that address student conduct
