  • Job Summary:
    Coordinates programming and support for residents living in campus housing, participates in on-call duty, assesses housing facility issues, and helps create an inclusive and safe living community.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Serves as an initial point of contact for resident support providing mediation and resolution of personnel and facility issues, including after hours
    • Schedules logistics, secures resources and staff, and markets resident events and programs
    • Identifies and prioritizes maintenance needs or requests in housing units according to established policies and procedures
    • May supervise day-to-day activities of student staff
