Job Summary:
Directs strategic planning, implementation, and assessment of campus international education initiatives and develops the budget for international student programs that support and foster an inclusive and diverse community. Collaborates with institutional leadership to create, implement and evaluate strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the unit liaison and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for international students in academics and co-curricular activities, and provides organizational information
- Implements strategic direction and directs daily operations of international services staff, and allocates resources to achieve objectives in alignment with strategic initiatives
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Develops and audits the unit budget
- Develops operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
