Job Summary:
Assists in formulating strategic initiatives and ensuring institutional compliance with government agency regulations, procedures, and institutional policies. Maintains student information and/or supervises staff for international student programs to foster an inclusive and diverse community.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and implementation and evaluation of strategic planning initiatives and unit objectives to enhance the international student experience
- May recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, interns, and/or student workers
- Designs, implements, assesses, and presents informational activities and programs for international students, internal/external partners, and stakeholders
- May direct the program budget
- Assists in developing, implementing, and executing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and institutional policies
