Job Summary:
Develops, evaluates and implements multicultural programs and recruitment efforts in order to support underrepresented students' success and enrollment. Develops internal partnerships in support of program awareness and providing student interventions, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development and implementation of student multicultural programs
- Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal partnerships to coordinate institutional diversity efforts and initiatives
- Facilitates cross unit recruiting efforts for student, faculty, and staff involvement to raise awareness and involvement in multicultural programming
- Designs, delivers, and evaluates interventions, programs and services for underrepresented students
- Advises students and community stakeholders in building sustainable coalitions, organizations, and/or movements
