Job Summary:
Assists in strategic planning, program direction, budget oversight, and staff supervision for multicultural programs to promote social justice and equity for multicultural students and their allies. Develops both internal and external partnerships in support of program awareness.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate multicultural programs and meet the needs of multicultural students
- Assists in the development and implementation of program as they relate to access, retention, and graduation initiatives
- Assists with the development of grant proposals and solicits funds for programming initiatives
- Develops and monitors metrics to assess initiative effectiveness
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Manages the unit budget
