    Develops and implements programs and services, maintains relationships with stakeholders, and represents the institution as a student military and veteran identity expert. Administers veteran and military benefits under federal and state rules, regulations, and guidelines. Provides information to prospective students and assists students in their educational pursuits through connections to campus resources, advising, and community building. Educates and advocates for the needs of military connected students.

    • Manages benefit eligibility, benefit advising, and accurate delivery of benefits for military connected individuals
    • Provides students connections to campus resources, advising, and community building opportunities to foster student success and sense of belonging
    • Contributes to the development, execution, and review of programs and services designed to meet unit objectives
    • Advocates for military connected students in all aspects of campus life and promotes a campus philosophy of military and veteran identity inclusiveness
    • Serves as a unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups, providing information and education on military connected students
