Job Summary:
Provides advice and guidance to students relating to graduation policies, academic requirements, registration, and enrollment. Guides school registrar operations, including maintenance of student records, publication of reports, course registration, degree audits, and certifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Determines student satisfactory completion of program requirements and tracks individual students' progress on degree requirements and diploma privilege requirements
- Reviews individual student files as necessary to determine progress and identify potential issues
- Prepares graduation lists and submits to faculty for approval
- Ensures correct and timely recording of transfer student and study-abroad program academic record information
- Participates in the development of regulations governing in areas such as, academic calendar, curricula requirements, and enrollment management
- Develops marketing plans for recruitment, orientation, and retention of students
- Provides individual student counseling and advising with respect to degree and academic requirements
- May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees
