Job Summary:
Assists in admissions policy development and enhancing and implementing the campus-wide strategic marketing and recruitment plan. Helps direct application processing in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals. Supervises staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates information about academic and co-curricular opportunities to prospective students, their families, school counselors, and others
- Conducts events, information sessions, and school visits and attends college fairs to support enrollment for prospective and admitted students
- Assists in the development and implementation of admissions and recruitment strategies and programs to attract and enroll students
- Helps evaluate admissions and recruitment policy and procedure effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement
- Assists in the development of strategic planning initiatives, as well as admissions and enrollment objectives, to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources, and alignment with the strategic plan
- Serves as a unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups to foster partnership efforts regarding admissions and recruitment
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
