Job Summary:
Directs team scheduling, travel logistics, operational budget development and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors student-athlete academic eligibility and status to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations
- Evaluates existing strategies, policies, and procedures and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement and ensures compliance with existing requirements
- Schedules logistics, secures resources and finalizes team scheduling of facilities and travel for games, practices, camps, clinics, and special events
- Monitors the unit or program budget and approves unit expenditures
- Travels with assigned team to ensure compliance with applicable state and university rules
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
