Job Summary:
Determines and ensures execution of long and short-term strategic planning, supervises associate director-level staff, and cultivates high profile donor relationships in support of intercollegiate athletics program goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs the cultivation of relationships with individuals, corporate sponsors, and donors to generate revenue for the athletics program
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Directs overall strategic planning efforts for the athletics program
- Represents the athletics program and institution at high-profile internal and external events and meetings to represent athletic interests, foster collaborative partnerships, and promote programs, events, and activities
