  • Job Summary:
    Manages annual athletic ticketing operations and activities. Works with internal and external stakeholders to address ticket and parking needs and provides oversight for parking plans. Directs training and execution of customer service initiatives, manages the ticketing system, and establishes a system of internal controls. Manages the budget and supervises staff.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Directs strategic planning initiatives and establishes ticket operations objectives to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources and alignment with the strategic plan
    • Serves as the unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing athletic ticketing and activities information and representing the interests of the unit
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
    • Evaluates, recommends, develops, and implements improvements in athletic ticketing programs
    • Provides general oversight for parking plans
    • Develops and audits the unit budget
    • Manages ongoing training and executes customer service initiatives that meet the department's many audiences
