Job Summary:
Directs the development of marketing strategy and maintains responsibility for implementing marketing plans in support of institution, unit, and/or program goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops relationships, brand strategies, and marketing plans for communicating institutional information
- Directs marketing projects, including the design and production of internal and external publications
- Serves as an institutional representative at various events and conferences, presenting information about the institution's programs and services
- Develops marketing programs and campaigns that align with strategic marketing objectives of an institution, unit, and/or program
- Contributes to budget development and forecasting, and approves resource allocations within budget parameters
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
