  • Job Summary:
    Manages unit operations, develops policies and procedures, provides subject matter expertise to customers, and/or supervises staff to ensure timely and high quality reproduction and printing services for customers.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Develops and schedules operational work plans for reproduction and printing services
    • May implement the unit personnel resource allocation plan including hiring, training, supervision, and performance feedback
    • Services as a second point of contact for customers and leadership providing complex organizational information about reproduction and printing services
    • Serves as the subject matter expert to unit leadership regarding reproduction and printing services
    • Develops and implements new and revised operational policies and procedures as needed
