Job Summary:
Leads consumer research design, conducts research and analysis, and prepares reports of increasingly complex projects to influence school/college/division or institutional strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages stakeholder relationships to understand consumer research needs and resolves issues as they arise
- Communicates insights and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports and/or presentations and educates stakeholders on sound research practices
- Executes primary and secondary consumer research methodologies, synthesizes and analyzes data, and reports results to support a variety of functional areas
- Participates in the development and communication of procedures and practices including intake, best practices, and reporting standards
- Trains researchers, provides feedback on research design or communication, monitors workflows, and resolves routine personnel issues. May supervise staff
- May manage budgets or contracts for third parties
