  • Job Summary:
    Performs complex comprehensive policy analysis and related research surrounding Occupational Safety & Health and Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries programs. Assists with technical record keeping, and prepares inquires to ensure contract compliance and maintains the integrity of established programs. Provides consultation on rules and regulations.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Collaborates with staff to conduct complex research and responds to public inquires on specific claims
    • Provides consultation to leadership, government agencies, and private employers on applicable rules and regulations
    • Prepares oral and written inquires to employers, medical examiners, sheriffs, hospitals, etc.
    • Trains employees on workplace safety and related policies
