Job Summary:
Directs compliance policy creation, decision-making, and a compliance program, and acts as the compliance lead for a school, college, or division. Responds to auditors on internal compliance audits to ensure compliance with institutional policies and/or laws and regulations. Coordinates with other compliance programs to ensure efficiency and communicate challenges to senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs strategic planning initiatives and creates unit objectives and goals to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Develops operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
- Serves as the unit liaison to institutional and external stakeholder groups providing organizational information and represents the interests of the unit
- Develops and audits the unit budget and compliance reports in accordance with established rules and regulations
- Directs the development of programs in the areas of administration, course development and management, policy development, and staff supervision
