  • Job Summary:
    Advises on institution-wide policies related to Title IX, maintains compliance data, and oversees a specific compliance program and any affiliated staff. Develops and delivers training, monitors institutional risk, and communicates risk and remediation strategies to leadership to ensure compliance with institutional policies and/or federal or international laws and regulations.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Develops and implements strategies for a program and audits processes to comply with Title IX policies and procedures
    • Develops and participates in program activities designed to raise awareness of federal/international law and its purpose
    • Provides guidance and oversight to university personnel on federal/international law compliance, policies, and procedures
    • Serves as a primary resource to the program's internal and external stakeholders for Title IX matters and may provide consultation
    • Creates processes and procedures to maintain compliance with Title IX and other relevant state and federal laws
    • Coordinates with various programs throughout the university and determines best practices to deliver training and coordinate reporting responsibilities
