Job Summary:
Acts in assistance and support to the International Safety and Security Director (ISSD) in assigned capacities and duties. Serves as a critical resource for faculty members, graduate students, undergraduates, postdocs, and staff engaged in international activities. Coordinates actions indirect safety and security support to travelers (before, during, and after travel) including helping manageinternational crises.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a resource to the academic and administrative units that sponsor travel to address policy and practical issues
- Assists the International Safety and Security Director (ISSD) to extend support services to travelers
- Collaborates with campus leaders in proposing, developing, socializing, and implementing travel-related policies
- Collaborates with and supports the International Safety and Security Director (ISSD) to strengthen partnerships with administrative units supporting travel including those related to health and wellness, travel booking and registration, finances, research, environmental health and safety, visas, and IT security
- May act as a point of contact or coordinator for travel-related incidents and crisesas determined by the International Safety and Security Director (ISSD) in support of campus units
