  • Job Summary:
    Directs business operations including retail operations oversight, public relations development, and/or staff management to ensure sales growth.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Plans and directs golf course specific operations, programs, and guest service functions including sales and marketing activities
    • May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees
    • May develop and audit budget, financial statements, and reports to measure productivity and reach unit objectives
    • Develops and maintains active and effective public relations and promotes programs to generate golf course interest and revenue
