Job Summary:
Monitors financial operations, coordinates golf course care, and may supervise retail staff and assistant golf professionals to ensure effective and efficient service and an enjoyable golf course experience for patrons.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and schedules operational work plans and monitors financial and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations and ensure optimal functionality
- Answers questions, receives and processes golf course reservations, provides information, and completes retail transactions for golf course patrons
- Assists with the implementation and execution of golf course sales, marketing campaigns, and inventory management to ensure alignment with established objectives and strategic initiatives
- May supervise the day-to-day activities of the golf course retail operations and/or golf instructional staff to achieve established goals and objectives
