Job Summary:
Creates an exceptional customer service experience in all service areas. Monitors a team that provides direct customer service, maintains effective working relationships with clients, and communicates catering's detailed event plans to clients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plans daily catering operations and schedules staff and services as necessary
- Implements standards for food quality and presentation, customer service, operations, and sanitation for all catered events
- Serves as primary contact for event day coordination and where event management presence is needed, serves as primary lead
- May supervise, coach, and mentor full-time and student staff in their various duties
- Implements standards for hiring, training, and developing management, permanent, and student staff
