Job Summary:
Consults with internal stakeholders on complex disability-related employment matters, creates case files, and develops and delivers educational training to best ensure institution-wide compliance with the requirements of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title I and institution disability policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Consults with employees, disabilities representatives, managers, supervisors, and other campus stakeholders on complex disability-related employment matters and provides solution recommendations according to established policies, laws, and best practices
- Disseminates disability information and resources to employees and their advocates to ensure understanding of disability rights and responsibilities
- Drafts, analyzes, and compiles documentation to demonstrate compliance and good-faith efforts with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Develops, delivers, and promotes training programs and resource materials for various stakeholder groups to disseminate accurate information and provide guidance with regards to disability services
