Job Summary:
Develops program goals, approves purchases and tracks expenses, and supervises staff to ensure access to the physical, educational, and social activities of the institution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, executes, and evaluates unit objectives to support the growth of the program and provide quality services to individuals with disabilities
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Monitors the unit budget, approves expenditures, and track expenses
- Plans and schedules logistics and secures resources to expand professional and academic advancement opportunities for disabled individuals
- Oversees one or multiple disability service programs to ensure equal access for individuals with disabilities
