Job Summary:
Guides, trains, and/or supervises engineering and architectural employees on assigned projects; creates and delivers progress reports, and develops plans and specifications for projects and renovations to ensure efficient completion of facilities projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises day-to-day operational activities of one or multiple projects including resolution of routine personnel issues
- Develops and prepares project status reports and provides updates to leadership
- Completes assessments, estimates, designs, and specifications for new projects and renovations
- Communicates unit goals and objectives, implements unit operational policies and procedures, and provides training and feedback to ensure safety and compliance
