Job Summary:
Assesses and meets client design requirements, designs, coordinates renovation and refurbishes interior spaces, and collaborates with other construction professionals to ensure design solutions align with client needs and meet regulatory and professional building standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, and renovates interior spaces according to aesthetic preferences, structural requirements, and established policies and procedures
- Assesses, interprets, finalizes, and provides consultations to clients regarding design plans, expectations, and the execution process
- Communicates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and construction professionals to complete assigned projects and adhere to established timelines
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for the procurement of necessary project materials

Fulfills all requirements as an Interior Designer as outlined by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services: https://dsps.wi.gov/Pages/Professions/InteriorDesigner/Default.aspx Required
