Job Summary:
Coordinates vehicle trade-ins and develops and implements unit policies, procedures, and goals to ensure institutional fleet operation needs are met and operate under establish standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Directs logistics and secures resources for vehicle trades, ensuring the maximum use of fleet resources
- Implements operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
- Evaluates existing strategy and makes recommendations to leadership for program enhancement
- Communicates with institutional work units to manage vehicle inventory and ensure transportation needs are met
