Job Summary:
Oversees a building project from start to finish. Performs day-to-day construction phase management. Promotes completion of non-capital and capital projects by developing, monitoring and managing project requirements. Reports to and receives guidance from construction leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
- Receives project assignments from leadership and reviews with the project team
- Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing
- Ensures contractors comply with negotiated contract documents
- Issues daily report, noncompliance notices, and cost issue log
- Reviews preliminary and final plans and makes recommendations for improving engineering details and construction practicality
- Oversees occupancy, turnover, and close-out process
- Determines construction progress and resolves construction problems with project team
- Discuss customer's goals and objectives for the project
