  • Job Summary:
    Oversees a building project from start to finish. Performs day-to-day construction phase management. Promotes completion of non-capital and capital projects by developing, monitoring and managing project requirements. Reports to and receives guidance from construction leadership.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Receives project assignments from leadership and reviews with the project team
    • Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing
    • Ensures contractors comply with negotiated contract documents
    • Issues daily report, noncompliance notices, and cost issue log
    • Reviews preliminary and final plans and makes recommendations for improving engineering details and construction practicality
    • Oversees occupancy, turnover, and close-out process
    • Determines construction progress and resolves construction problems with project team
    • Discuss customer's goals and objectives for the project
