Job Summary:
Manages UW System real estate activity, including the acquisition and disposition of real property for systemwide development. Assists institutions in the effective use and possible redevelopment of real estate. Ensures that all real property transactions are completed in accord with State Statutes, Building Commission, and Board of Regents policies as well as manages the process for the benefit of the University.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages University real estate acquisition, under-utilized property disposal, and other land transactions
- Creates, reviews, negotiates and administers leases and other legal documents
- Coordinates space plan development for leased space with tenant, landlords, architects and contractors
- Serves as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders to maintain strategic business relationships that foster development objectives
- Ensures that all real property transactions are completed in accord with State Statutes, Building Commission, and Board of Regents policies
- Advises institutions on use of appropriate documentation for various leasing scenarios.
