Job Summary:
Provides customer service and administers international employment and immigration programs to provide information to scholars and employing units on the regulations that govern employment, as well as ensuring international employees maintain valid non-immigrant status while in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares, submits, and processes complex immigration and employment documentation for current and prospective employees to the appropriate entities
- Serves as a subject matter expert and main point of contact regarding immigration and employment concerns
- Receives, responds to, and advises on questions and inquiries regarding employment related immigration issues
- Receives immigration and employment applications and requests, verifies documentation for accuracy, and updates data for reference and reporting
- Monitors regulations and activities to ensure institutional compliance with governmental agencies and institutional policies
- Plans, develops, and conducts programs and activities to educate on current U.S. immigration regulations and compliance
