Job Summary:
Responsible for the implementation of recruitment and acquisition strategies, provides consultation to leadership, and/or supervises staff in support of recruiting qualified and diverse applicant pools and attracting top talent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implements strategic recruitment initiatives, directs daily operations of unit staff, and allocates resources to achieve objectives in alignment with established initiatives
- Develops, implements, and executes programs, processes, and standards that support unit objectives
- Serves as subject matter expert and advisor to leadership, assists with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, and disseminates best practices and provides updates on recruitment objectives and initiatives
- May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees
