  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Facilitates individual and multifaceted competency-based training courses and/or programs and professional development opportunities for varied audiences utilizing various technologies and mediums
    • Disseminates learning resources, technologies, materials, and processes to support individual and organizational learning
    • Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships to foster positive employee educational environments
    • Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates training needs by collecting, organizing, interpreting, and disseminating program data
