  • Job Summary:
    Performs advanced analytics to improve the way an organization identifies, attracts, develops, and retains talent. Serves as a consultant to senior talent leaders to build and find business improvement connections through data and analysis to increase rigor, reduce bias, improve business performance and inform people operation strategies
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Consults with stakeholders to define human capital related business challenges, identify potentially relevant data sources, and develop data-driven strategies for addressing key talent issues
    • Builds predictive models to communicate anticipated outcomes, conducts scenario forecasting, and guides establishment of human capital targets and benchmarks
    • Conducts analysis of various operational datasets using appropriate advanced statistical techniques to guide business decisions. Presents and communicates findings to key stakeholder groups
    • Utilizes data to identify people trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities that impact both the organization and human resources objectives and plans
    • Researches and maintains awareness of industry best practices, new mathematical techniques, open source tools, and business strategies to proactively bring in new and innovative ideas to address business needs
