Job Summary:
Performs advanced analytics to improve the way an organization identifies, attracts, develops, and retains talent. Serves as a consultant to senior talent leaders to build and find business improvement connections through data and analysis to increase rigor, reduce bias, improve business performance and inform people operation strategies

Job Responsibilities:
- Consults with stakeholders to define human capital related business challenges, identify potentially relevant data sources, and develop data-driven strategies for addressing key talent issues
- Builds predictive models to communicate anticipated outcomes, conducts scenario forecasting, and guides establishment of human capital targets and benchmarks
- Conducts analysis of various operational datasets using appropriate advanced statistical techniques to guide business decisions. Presents and communicates findings to key stakeholder groups
- Utilizes data to identify people trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities that impact both the organization and human resources objectives and plans
- Researches and maintains awareness of industry best practices, new mathematical techniques, open source tools, and business strategies to proactively bring in new and innovative ideas to address business needs
